<br />MovingAhead Investment Package Alternatives May 2019 <br /> Supplemental Refinement Report 23 <br />2.1.2.3 Build-a-Package Criteria <br />Participants were asked which five criteria (from among the same 13 used to rate the proposed <br />packages) most influenced the ideal investment packages they built.
