Budget Committee Councilor Solomon, seconded by Councilor Ortiz, moved to reappoint John Demboski to Position 5 on the Budget Committee for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2006, and ending on October 31, 2009. Councilor Papé reiterated that there would be two more positions on the Budget Committee that would be filled and that the deadline for applications was October 31 at 5 p.m. Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 8:0. Human Rights Commission Councilor Solomon, seconded by Councilor Ortiz, moved to reappoint Hugh Massengill to Position 4 on the Human Rights Commission for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2006, and ending on October 31, 2009.
