COUNCIL OPTIONS The options available to the council are: 1.Reprioritize the FY07 Planning Division work program and direct the City Manager to reprioritize the Stormwater Management Team work program to include a comprehensive review of the Eugene Code and administrative policies and procedures to identify barriers and regulatory or incentive- based approaches to increase the use of low-impact development practices. 2.Direct the City Manager to include in the FY08 Planning Division work program and the Stormwater Management Team work program a comprehensive review of the Eugene Code and administrative policies and procedures to identify barriers and regulatory or incentive-based approaches to increase the use of low-impact development practices. 3.Take no action. CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION The City Manager recommends that the City Council direct the City Manager to include in the FY08 Planning Division work program and the Stormwater Management Team work program a comprehensive review of the Eugene Code and administrative policies and procedures to identify barriers and regulatory or incentive-based approaches to increase the use of low-impact development practices. SUGGESTED MOTION Move to direct the City Manager to include in the FY08 Planning Division work program and the Stormwater Management Team work program a comprehensive review of the Eugene Code and administrative policies and procedures to identify barriers and regulatory or incentive-based approaches to increase the use of low-impact development practices.
