The Council provided the <br />following feedback: <br /> <br />+ ? ? <br />??? <br /> Appreciate staff support When an event is really Long-term issue, <br />? <br />important flag it for deserves, needs, to be a <br /> Appreciate Andrea’s <br />colleagues on the Council goal even though <br />Leadership <br />Council it is a long-term initiative <br />? <br /> Appreciate Council’s <br />? <br /> Goal fits into vision – <br />leadership to ensure that <br />important to have this as <br />the City is responsive to <br />a goal to deliver <br />issues of race <br />outcomes – still very <br />? <br /> Impressed with how much <br />much to do. <br />City is doing <br />? <br /> Community is very <br />appreciative of this <br />conversation happening <br /> <br />Develop a Strategy to Help the Homeless in Eugene <br /> <br />A brief status report was provided by Angel Jones. The Council provided the following <br />feedback: <br /> <br />+ ? ? <br />?? <br /> <br /> Proven it’s not so big Opportunity for <br />you can’t address it partnerships should be <br />? <br />emphasized <br /> Take advantage of <br />? <br />momentum Mentally ill no longer <br />institutionalized <br /> <br />After debriefing the 2006 Council Priorities, the Council agreed that the following items <br />should be considered “complete”: <br />? <br /> Complete Development Phase of City Hall Complex <br />? <br /> Implement Police Complaint Oversight (Measure 20-106) and Launch Police <br />Department Strategic Plan <br /> <br />The Council agreed to not discuss the following items at this time due to the pending <br />application: <br />? <br /> Facilitate the Development of a Hospital in Eugene <br /> <br />Management Partners, Inc. 5 <br /> <br />
