<br />Eugene on November 20, 2006, by Final Order No. 1287 of the Lane County Local Boundary
<br />Commission approved on October 5, 2006, is withdrawn from the River Road Water District and
<br />River Road Park and Recreation District, effective July 1, 2007:

<br />north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of River Road, east of Oak Drive,
<br />north of Horn Lane, west of Dalton Drive, and more particularly described on

<br /> The following territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of

<br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 2007:

<br />Filbert Avenue right-of-way, located in the River Road region of north Eugene,

<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (The segment of Filbert

<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (The segment of Park
