Public Buildings and Facilities <br />Placeholder <br />New Capital Facilities <br />Eugene Depot Phase 3 <br />Project Description: <br />Completion of the Eugene Depot Master Plan would include acquisition of property <br />for a rail layover facility and expanded passenger platform, extension of Oak Street to the Depot to improve <br />circulation and access, expansion of the Depot and the construction of a pedestrian bridge to parking <br />areas north of the Depot. This placeholder project includes elements that could be implemented as <br />individual projects as funding is identified. Projects would be included in the budget process for direction <br />and approval. <br />Project Status: Not Started <br /> Phase 3 of a multi-phase master plan for improvements at the Eugene <br />Depot. Phase 1 acquistion and restoration completed.
