The are.a subject to this request is <br />located south of Vi est Thirteenth A venue, east of the Lane County fairgrounds, and north of West <br />Eighteenth ,Avenue. The eastern boundary follo\vs portions of Lincoln Alley, ChaOlelton Alley, <br />and Willamette Alley., The area is \vhony \vithin the Eugene city limits. Maps of the subject <br />areas shoVvting the existing and proposed Metro Plan and Refinenlent Plan designations \vere <br />included as Attachtuent A in the agenda packet, and \vere on display in the Council Chamber. <br />The request included approval of the foHo\ving: <br /> <br />. 'lvietroPllln Amendlnent (City file ~1A 06..5) to anlend the Metro Plan land use diagrafn <br />frOll1' a designation of ~1ediutn ,Density Residential to a designation of Lo\v Density <br />Residential for the subject area. <br />
