Copies of those letters, from John Detvveiler dated N'ovemher 28, <br />2006, and from David Hinkley dated December 5,2006 had been placed at the Comtnissioners' <br />seats. <br /> <br /> <br />In, response to M.T. Belcher, Ms. Harding stated the public hearing \vas.legislative rather than <br />quasi-judicial, and c,onfirmed that Commissioners did not need to be concerned about ex parte <br />contacts. <br /> <br />Ms. Harding responded to questions subQ1itted via email froln Planning Conllnissioners. <br /> <br />Question: HIn Attachnlent B, pages 7 and 8, the titles of the proposed code language are listed as <br />lo\v to medium density, yet that phrase in the 111ain body of the test is changed froRl 10\\' to <br />mediulll density to lovV' density. So shouldn't \ve change the title of that Area 15 section?" <br /> <br />Response: Yes, especially if the Planning Comlnission recomtuended approval of the <br />applications as proposed. If it re,c,ommended changing the designation for only a portion, <br />then the title vv'ollld need modification. For example, there was S0111e discussion <br />mentioned in the staff report about the difference bet,:veen the area north of Alnazon <br />channel and the area south of Anlazon channel. 1ft-he Planning Comnlission <br />reC0t11t11ended a change that differentiated those t\VO, it \vQuld need to be reflected in the <br />text and in the title. <br /> <br />In response to a question from M.r. Duncan, Ms. lIarding said language regarding the potential <br />code change sunset linlit ,vould be incorporated into any City Cotlncil ordinance adopting the <br />
