Local Economic Impact Plan <br />Local Conditions <br />Overall Concerns <br />The Panel agreed that the applicant provided a <br />plan that adequately demonstrates how the <br />applicant will ensure that more than 50% of <br />dollar volume of professional services and <br />construction costs will be local to Lane County. <br />None. <br />Minority and Women Business Enterprises <br />Overall Concerns <br />The Panel agreed that the applicant provided a <br />plan that adequately describes how they will <br />provide an equitable opportunity for minority <br />and women business enterprises to compete for <br />development related contracts. <br />None. <br />Compliance with Laws <br />Overall Concerns <br />The Panel agreed that the applicant provided a <br />plan that adequately describes how they intend <br />to ensure that all parties involved, including <br />contractors and subcontractors, will comply with <br />wage, tax, and licensing laws. <br />None. <br />4.
