In order to phase-in the increased parks and recreation system development <br />charge, beginning on April 13, 2020, the City will apply system development charges for parks <br />and recreation according to the table at Exhibit C to this Resolution. Beginning on April 13, 2021, <br />the City will apply the system development charge for parks and recreation consistent with <br />Appendix F to the SDC Methodology, as amended by Section 1, above. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective on April 13, 2020. <br />Section 6.
