Approval of HOME Funding for Low-Income Housing <br /> <br /> Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Nathanson, moved to approve the <br /> items on the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />Councilor Kelly pulled item 2 (b). <br /> <br />Councilor Kelly offered the following minutes corrections: <br /> <br />· Referring to the minutes of November 13, he said the time of the meeting was incorrect and <br /> should be changed to 7:30 p.m. Referring to page 11 of the same meeting, he noted a <br /> redundant paragraph and asked that it be deleted. On page 16 of the same meeting, <br /> Councilor Kelly asked that the phrase in paragraph 3, "ordinance would be applied," be <br /> changed to "ordinance had been applied." Referring to paragraph 5 on page 18 of the <br /> same meeting, he asked that the phrase "both internal and external" be added after the <br /> word "accountability." <br /> <br />· Referring to paragraph 6 on page 7 of the minutes of November 15, Councilor Kelly asked that <br /> "plans be codified" be changed to read "plan policies to be directly included in the land use <br /> code." <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman offered the following minutes corrections: <br /> <br />· Referring to page 9 of the minutes of November 15, she suggested that the last sentence of the <br /> paragraph 1 be changed to read "...underwrite the costs of alternate transportation <br /> strategies like access management, sidewalks, and nodal development which increase <br /> capacity without adding lanes..." <br /> <br />· Referring to page 10 of the November 27 minutes, Councilor Bettman asked that the word "park" <br /> be replaced by "City's interest."
