A new Subsection (14) is added to Section 9~2751 of the Eugene <br /> <br />Code, 1971, to provide: <br /> <br />9,2751 <br /> <br />8_j~ecia~ Deve~ <br />(14) Subject to the provisions of subsection (5)(a) of this section, the height of a <br /> building permitted on a hospital development site shall at every point, either: <br /> (a) Comply with the maximum buildincj height set out in Table 9.2750 for the <br /> zone in which that portion of the building is located; or <br /> (b) Not exceed any of the following: <br /> 1. The horizontal distance between that point and the front property <br /> line; <br /> 2. One half the horizontal distance between that point and either side <br /> property line; or <br /> 3.
