a hospital development site. <br /> <br />Sectio_n 13.~. A new Subsection (2i) is added to Section 9.8030 of the Eugene <br /> <br />Code, 1971, to provide: <br /> <br />9.8030 <br /> <br />, The planning director sha~l approve, <br />ent review application. Appro~/a~ or <br />conditional approval shal~ be based on compliance with the foltowincj applicable <br />criteria. <br /> <br />(2.1) Hospital Development Site Standards Adjustment. Except for standards for <br /> uses tooated on property zoned R-l, R-1.5 or R-2, standards applicable to a <br /> hospita~ development site may be adjusted provided the proposal is compatible <br /> with surrounding development. Standards for uses on R-I, R-1.5 or R-2 <br /> property within a hospital development site may only be adjusted through the <br /> Type Ill conditional use permit process based on the criteria at EC 9.8090. <br /> Regardless of the process, height limitations at EC 9.2171 (16) and EC <br /> 9.2751 (14) are not subject to adjustment. <br /> <br /> Section 1_ . _4. The legislative findings attached hereto as Exhibit A are adopted in <br />support of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Sectionl~. The City Record er, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City <br />Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or <br />in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 197t, to the provisions added, amended or <br />repealed herein. <br /> <br /> SectiOn 1_ 6. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br /> <br />Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision <br />arid such holding shal~ not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br /> <br />Ordinance - 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
