Annexes <br />Opportunities for Rainbow Water District to expand upon or otherwise improve <br />existing policies and programs include: <br />• Incorporate NHMP 2020 findings or projects into the pending SUB-RWD 2020 <br />Water System Master Plan. <br />• In accordance with policies promulgated by the 2013 Oregon Resilience Plan, <br />develop a seismic risk assessment and mitigation plan that both identifies <br />critical facilities and evaluates the likelihood and consequences of seismic <br />failures.
