What was accomplished for this project during this reporting period (2015 <br />2020)? <br />Both the Cities of Eugene and Springfield regularly provide natural hazard <br />education for property owners. The most common form of this is wildland- <br />urban interface education; a partnership between Eugene -Springfield Fire, the <br />Fire Marshal, and both Cities' Emergency Management programs. <br />2. What obstacles, problems, or delays did the project encounter? <br />N/A <br />3. If uncompleted, is the project still relevant? Should the project be changed or <br />revised? <br />Since this Mitigation Action Item is now day to day operations for both Cities, it <br />was removed from the 2020 NHMP update. Future mitigation projects will <br />focus on specific projects to address mitigation of natural hazards on or near <br />private property. <br />4.
