Small-scale or household spills <br />or events are also deemed to be relatively uncommon. <br />1.3 Risk Assessment <br />At the present time, there isn't reliable data for assessing the level of risk posed by <br />hazardous materials. <br />How are Hazard Areas Identified? <br />Any area within the Eugene -Springfield area may have hazardous materials present. <br />The railroad passing through Eugene -Springfield transports hazardous substances in <br />large quantities.
