B. Exhibit B — Amendment to the City of Eugene System Development Charge Methodologies, Appendix A "Definitions of General Terms and Transportation Use Codes & Cross -References for Wastewater & Parks SDCs Based Upon HUD BPR Use Codes Descriptions"; and C. Exhibit C — Amendments to the City of Eugene System Development Charge Methodologies, Appendix F "Local SDC System Formulas and General Fee Schedule". Section 2. Appendix E to the City of Eugene System Development Charge Methodologies is repealed and replaced with the Appendix E "Parks System Charge Detail" attached at Exhibit D to this Resolution. Section 3. The unamended portions of the City of Eugene System Development Charge Methodologies, including the entirety of Appendices B, C, and D, remain in full force and effect. Section 4. Resolution No. 4929 is repealed. Section 5. Resolution No. 4977 is repealed. Section 6. In order to phase -in the parks and recreation SDC increases approved by this Ordinance, the City will apply SDCs for parks and recreation according to Exhibit E to this Resolution entitled "Parks and Recreation SDC Rates August 13, 2020, Through December 31, 2023" so that the SDC increases approved by this Ordinance (as set out in Appendices E and F of the City of Eugene System Development Charge Methodologies) will not be applied in full until January 1, 2024. Section 7. This Resolution shall become effective on August 13, 2020. Section 8. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the consent of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained in the exhibits to this Resolution.
