repealed effective midnight, July 31, 2001 .' <br /> <br /> Section 2, Sections 1 and 5 of Ordinance No~ 20196, passed by the City Council and <br />approved by the Mayor on May 8, 2000, are repealed effective midnight, July 31, 2001. <br /> <br /> Section 3~ Ordinance No. 20149 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor o~ <br />March 15~ 1999 is hereby repealed, and Section 3 of Ordinance No~ 20122 passed by the Com~cil a~d <br />approved by the Mayor on June 8, 1998 is amended to provide: <br /> <br /> ~Section 3. This ordinance, including the addition ora new subsection (3) to section <br /> 4.680, is repealed effective midnight, July 31, 2001 .' <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Recorder is requested to attach a copy of this Ordinance to Ordinance <br />No. 20121 and Ordinance No. 20122. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, <br />is authorized ;o administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein~ <br /> <br /> Section 6~ It is necessary for the preservation of the public health, welfare and safety for this <br />Ordinance to have ~mmediate effect.
