As planned in 1992, two new pump <br />stations will be required to fully service this basin. <br />Clear Lake Road (SI/BN) <br />In 2017, the Clear Lake Expansion added 924 acres of land to Eugene’s Urban Growth Boundary near <br />Clear Lake Road. This expansion will add sub-basins to Basins SI and BN. <br />The service plan for this area is on map 7-I. As much land as cover will allow will be drained south into <br />pipes that lead to the West Irwin Pump Station.
