Seetion 41, Subsections (11)(c) and (11)(d) of Section 9.8320 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide: 9.8320 Te.` ntative Planned Unit Deve!op_m,ent A_p_proval Criteria- GeneraL. The hearings official shall approve, approve with conditions, or deny a tentative PUD application with findings and conclusions.
