As used in this land use code, unless the context requires otherwise, the <br />following words and phrases mean: <br /> <br />Equipment, Light, Machinery, tools and implements that are typically operated by <br />hand and used fbr maintenance of yards, gardens and households. <br /> <br />Lot Coverage. That portion of a lot which, when viewed directly from above, would <br />be covered by a building or structure, or any part thereof, except any area covered by a <br />building or structure where 50 percent or more of the perimeter of the building or <br />structure is open from grade. <br /> <br />Section 2.
