The following applicants were invited to interview for membership on the Budget Committee: 1) Bruce <br />Mulligan; 2) Milton Krueger; and 3) Jack Lucier (phone interview). <br /> <br />Mr. Meisner welcomed each Budget Committee applicant to their scheduled interview and councilors issued <br />the following questions to each applicant: <br /> <br /> 1) Why do you want to be on the Budget Committee? <br />2) What do you feel is the most important issue facing the City in the next year? In the next five years? <br /> <br />3) Discuss your relevant training and experience in working on financial issues that would enable you to <br /> function as an effective member of the Budget Committee. <br /> <br />4) Are there specific services, parts of the City organization, or financial initiatives that you are <br /> particularly interested in pursuing as a Budget Committee member? <br /> <br />5) How can the City increase citizen trust that it is using tax dollars wisely? <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />James R.
