AVIATION DEMAND FORECASTS <br />2016 Preliminary TAF Report Analysis <br />During the preparation of this forecast report, the FAA provided EUG airport management a draft of the <br />preliminary 2016 TAF Report. The updated TAF, though not finalized, was adjusted by the FAA to reflect <br />recent growth trends at EUG. <br /> <br />As shown in Figure 2-15 and Table 2-12, the preliminary 2016 TAF forecasts a continual increase in total <br />passenger enplanements, including a sharp increase in air carrier related enplanements. The preliminary <br />forecast suggests a continued transition from smaller regional jet type aircraft to larger air carrier type <br />aircraft, which is aligned with trends seen currently at EUG.
