IMPLEMENTATION AND FINANCING PLAN <br />Project Title: <br />Pavement Management Plan Update <br />Project Description: <br />Conduct study to assess pavement condition to inform pavement maintenance decisions. <br />Project Trigger: <br />Pavement Management Plan is updated continually every three years. <br />Project Justification: <br />Managing pavement maintenance according to updated and relevant information is critical to ensuring safe aircraft operations. <br />Maintaining the existing Pavement Management Program ensures that Eugene Airport is complying with the FAA requirement <br />pavement improvement projects.
