Requirement <br />A description of new residential units which are likely to be constructed within the Plan <br />Area. <br />Response <br />Some new residential units are expected to be constructed within the Plan Area. 1059 <br />Willamette was purchased by the City in April 2020 and is expected to be redeveloped <br />into moderate-income housing with 51% of the units dedicated for residents making <br />80% of the area median income or below and 49% of the units at market rate.
