<br />0<55 Y- <br /> <br />OFFICIAL REPORT OF THE PLANNING CO~MISSION <br /> <br />OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br /> <br />TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br /> <br />At its August 9, 1976, public meeting, the Eugene Planning Commission <br /> <br /> <br />made the following recommendation to the City Council = <br /> <br />The Commission recommended adoption of the resolution <br />developed by the Neighborhood Organization Policy Review <br />Committee regarding revision of the city's Neighborhood <br />Organization Policy (proposed resolution attached as <br />Ex h i bit II A II ), i n cor p 0 rat i n g the f 0 11 m';; n g am end men t s : <br />(Italics indicate proposed Planning Commission amendments.) <br /> <br />1) Section l-c <br /> <br />The neighborhood organization shall be open <br />to the total area and diversity of interests <br />present in the neighborhood. Participation <br />shall be open to any property owner or tenant <br />within the neighborhood.
