She also believed the imposition of TRIP requirements on parking lot <br />development would create a more attractive and safer Costco site. <br /> <br />Mr. Meisner asked for information regarding a previous request to switch industrial and <br />commercial zoning on neighboring parcels of land in the area of Chad Drive. The motion was <br /> adopted unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Ms. Elmer announced that the council would consider Council Bill 4637 by number only. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fart moved, seconded by Mr. Tollenaar, that Council Bill 4637 be <br /> approved and given final passage.
