PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION: URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY FY99 BUDGET <br /> <br />Ms. Kittleson noted a single change to the Budget Committee's recommendation was the <br />reduction in the payment to the City of Eugene for urban renewal administration. She noted that <br />a supplemental budget hearing was tentatively scheduled for July 27 because staff was in the <br />procss of reformating the downtown district budget. The current budget would be annotated to <br />indicate the only new project in the district was the library, and the only project to complete was <br />the Overpark elevator project. <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey opened the public hearing. There being no requests to speak, Mayor Torrey closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Res. No. 994--A resolution of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of <br /> Eugene adopting the budget and making appropriations for the Fiscal Year <br /> beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fart moved, seconded by Mr. Tollenaar, to adopt the resolution.
