Ms. Taylor requested that the sentence 3 of paragraph 12 on page 8 of the minutes of the June

<br />Ms. Nathanson requested that sentence 3 of paragraph 6 on page 12 of the minutes of the June
<br />8, 1998, Council Meeting be amended, as follows:

<br /> She said that she did not believed that mediation between business operators
<br /> and those sleeping in vehicles on streets near their locations would not be
<br /> effective.
<br />
<br />Mayor Torrey determined there was no objection to the request and ordered the minutes to be
<br />revised.

<br />Mr. Fart requested that sentence 2 of paragraph 4 on page 2 of the minutes of the June 10,
<br />1998, Lunch Work Session be amended, as follows:

<br /> Mr. Tollenaar said the council should give serious consideration to having a small
<br /> full-time in-house counsel that would take responsibility for a the basket of
<br /> services, including for oversight of contracted-for legal work, and ~
<br /> perhaps for dealing with some other issues such as questions of land use.
<br />
<br />Mayor Torrey determined there was no objection to the request and ordered the minutes to be
<br />revised.

<br />Ms. Nathanson requested that the final sentence of paragraph 2 on page 6 of the minutes of the
<br />June 10, 1998, Lunch Work Session be amended, as follows:
