<br />8, 1998, Council Meeting be amended, as follows:

<br /> and those sleeping in vehicles on streets near their locations would not be
<br /> effective.

<br />Mayor Torrey determined there was no objection to the request and ordered the minutes to be

<br />1998, Lunch Work Session be amended, as follows:

<br /> full-time in-house counsel that would take responsibility for a the basket of
<br /> services, including for oversight of contracted-for legal work, and ~
<br /> perhaps for dealing with some other issues such as questions of land use.
