Mayor Torrey determined there was no objection to the request and ordered the minutes to be revised. Ms. Taylor requested that sentence 2 of paragraph 8 on page 7 of the minutes of the July 8, 1998, Lunch Work Session be amended, as follows: She said representatives of the City should suggest to persons living in vehicles who have families that they should approach the~ them for permission to camp on their back yards. Mayor Torrey determined there was no objection to the request and ordered the minutes to be revised. Ms. Taylor requested that paragraph 4 on page 8 of the minutes of the July 22, 1998, Dinner Work Session be amended, as follows: Ms. Taylor expressed ~,~ppeic,~m~mt disapproval that the Celebration's name has been changed and also that an entry fee has been impese~ raised for political parade entries, adding that she believes this is inconsistent with the principal of campaign finance reform. Mayor Torrey determined there was no objection to the request and ordered the minutes to be revised. Mr. Meisner noted that page 4 of the minutes of the July 29, 1998, Lunch Work Session was missing in the document distributed with the agenda of the meeting and that their approval would include approval of the missing page which had been electronically transmitted to councilors following the original distribution. Ms. Taylor requested that paragraph 8 on page 3 of the minutes of the July 29, 1998, Lunch Work Session be amended, as follows: Ms. Taylor reiterated her position, saying she might would not be able to vote ~;~* *h;~ m~*; ........ ;* ~* ~ .... *h ..... h" 'yes" without more discussion and the opportunity to ask additional questions.
