Mr. Johnson announced that the council would consider Council Bill 4671, an ordinance levying <br />assessments for sanitary sewer extension in Prairie Road from 650 feet south of Prairie Road <br />from Beltline Road to Kaiser Avenue, and declaring an emergency.
