Administrative Order -- Page 5 of 6
(8) Abuse by applicants of any parking-related permits;
Not applicable.

(9) The impact on nearby commercial uses;
Removal and modification of parking supports adjacent commercial uses by ensuring
the parking and adjacent travel lanes are available, as needed, to support the
commercial uses.

(10) The ease of enforcing the provisions of this chapter; and
i. City staff prefer to establish parking time limits rather than prohibit parking entirely.
However, Parking Fund financial instability means that there are limited staff resources
available to enforce parking time limits.
ii. Prohibiting parking on portions of the street and establishing commercial parking only
on portions of the street would be necessary until funding and resources are available
at an undetermined time in the future to enforce parking with time limits.

(11) The availability of other parking spaces.
i. Parking is available on adjacent private property.
ii. Commercial vehicle parking will remain available on the street.

On the basis of these findings, I order that: The only on-street parking that shall be
permitted on Terry Street from W 11th Avenue to the dead end approximately 315 feet north of
Ed Cone Boulevard shall be commercial parking related to a commercial or industrial use on the
adjacent property, and only in the green areas of Terry Street shown on the attached Exhibit A to
this Order. This more specifically described as follows:

a. Only commercial parking shall be permitted at all times:
1. On the east side of Terry Street from approximately 315 feet north of the
intersection of Terry Street and W 11th Avenue, continuing north to 512 feet south
of the intersection of Terry Street and Ed Cone Boulevard, resuming again at 375
feet south of the same intersection continuing north to approximately 212 feet north
of the same intersection; and
2. On the west side of Terry Street beginning 315 feet north of the intersection of
Terry Street and W 11th Avenue and continuing to 425 feet north of the same
intersection, resuming at 502 feet north of the intersection of Terry Street and W
11th Avenue and continuing north to 468 feet south of the intersection of Terry
Street and Ed Cone Boulevard, resuming once again at 267 feet south of that same
intersection and continuing north to end at Ed Cone Boulevard.
