Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-21-24-F <br />STREET AND POLE BANNER PERMIT FEES <br />(Effective January 1, 2022) <br /> <br />Fee Description Fees <br />Street Banner Permit Fee (for one street banner for up to 14 <br />consecutive days) <br />$60.00* <br />Street Banner Hardware Utilization Fee** $50.00 <br />Pole Banner Permit Fee (for one pole banner on each available <br />pole in one pole banner zone for up to 28 consecutive days) <br />$60.00* <br />Pole Banner Hardware Utilization Fee ** $5.00 x the number of available <br />poles in applicant’s chosen <br />reservation zone <br />Banner Removal Fee Actual costs incurred by the <br />City, including equipment costs <br />and City personnel labor costs at <br />the hourly rate in effect for the <br />involved employee(s) at the time <br />the services are performed <br />(minimum charge $75.00) <br />*Includes a basic fee of $55.05 plus a 9% administrative charge. <br />**Includes banner bracket replacement, regular/normal <br />equipment wear and tear, standard maintenance and inspection <br />costs. <br />
