On January 11,2022,I executed Administrative Order No.56-22-01,repealing <br />Administrative Order No.56-21-08 and reestablishing the site as closed to the public on January <br />18,2022.To ensure maximum clarity to the public,1 am issuing this administrative order changing <br />Section l .C.of Administrative Order No.56-22-01 from "Non-authorized City personnel entering <br />the property ...will be trespassing."to "Non-authorized individuals entering the property ...will <br />be trespassing." <br />F. <br />NOW,THERFORE,based upon the above findings I order that; <br />Effective 12:01 a.m.on January 18,2022:1. <br />A.Emergency Rule 56-21-08 is repealed; <br />B.The Property is reestablished as being closed to everyone except authorized <br />City personnel;and. <br />C.Non-authorized individuals entering the property or failing to leave the <br />Property at the direction of authorized City personnel will be trespassing. <br />2.If authorized by City personnel,a current occupant of the Property may temporarily <br />erect a tent in Washington-Jefferson Park. <br />3.This Administrative Order No.56-22-02 replaces Administrative Order No.56- <br />22-01. <br />Itf"^ctay of January,2022.Dated and effective this <br />Sarah Medary <br />City Manager <br />Administrative Order -Page 2 of 2
