ORDINANCE NO. ~ °t ~ b ~o <br />AN aRDINANCE LE'VYLNG ASSESSMENTS FaR <br />SANITARY SEWERS IN THE RIVER ROAD AREA FaR <br />BASINS "A," "B," AND "C", AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT <br />ROLL ATTACHED TU aRDINANCE N4. 19757; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />4n March 4, 1991, Grdinance No. 19757 was passed by the Council and approved <br />by the Mayor, levying assessments against the properties listed on the Assessment Roll <br />attached thereto as Exhibit C for the construction of sanitary sewers in the River Road <br />area for Basins "A," "B," and "C". <br />A parcel of property in the name of William K. and Gloria J. Arne, located at 699 <br />Howard Avenue, Eugene, gregon 97404, identified as Tax Lot 1?-04-14-31-119x, Account <br />No. 90-1102-0010, was included as specially benebtted property in the local improvement <br />district farmed for construction of sanitary sewers in the River Road area for Basins "A," <br />"B," and "~" by Resolution No. 4180 adopted by the Council on May 29, 1994. The <br />property was not, however, included in the Assessment Roll attached to Grdinance No. <br />19757 because the property was part of a bankruptcy proceeding. The property has now <br />been released from the bankruptcy proceeding and the assessment can be levied. <br />The Assessment Roll attached as Exh~~it "C" to +~rdinance No. 19757 should be <br />amended by adding thereto the assessment for William K. and Gloria J. Acre, 699 Howard <br />Avenue, Eugene, Qregon 97404, Tax Lot 17-44-14-31-1194, account number 941102-4414, <br />in the amount of $3,732.84. <br />~. <br />ordinance -1 <br />
