Notice of the assessment and an opportunity to be heard thereon has been <br />provided to William K. and Gloria J. Arre, as required by Sections 7.185 and 7.187 of the <br />Eugene Cade, 1971. The assessment of this tax lot will not affect the amounts levied <br />against other properties included on the Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to <br />ordinance No. 19757. Now, therefore, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DGES GRDAIN AS FULLO'~'S: <br />Section 1. Based upon the above findings, which are hereby adapted, the <br />Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to Ordinance No. 19757, passed by the Council <br />and approved by the Mayor an March 4,1991, is amended by adding thereto the following <br />assessment: <br />Account No. Name Amount <br />9U1102-401U 'William K. and Gloria J. Arre $3,732.84 <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to: <br />2.1 Make the above corrections to Exhibit "A" to Ordinance No. 19757 <br />by increasing the amount reflected in ITEM 12. TGTAL ASSESSMENT by <br />$3,732.84, and by correcting the Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to <br />ordinance No. 19757 by adding the information set forth in Section 1 of this <br />Ordinance thereto; <br />2.2 Make the above correction to the docket of city liens; and <br />2.3 Send a notice of the assessment to the property owners set forth in <br />Section 1 above. <br />Section 3.
