The mobile home park <br />presents a unique situation in which a .large, intensively developed area with its own ' ~ ternally <br />.. ~ . <br />constructed and financed sewer system is unmed~ately adjacent to the lateral sewer canstructton. <br />As noted by City Staff, either of a couple of ways to consider assessment of such property result <br />in essentially the same assessment figures, Therefore, the Hearings official finds that the <br />assessment distribution process recommended by Staff is not inconsistent with Eugene Code and <br />is an equitable way to distribute the cost of this improvement. <br />Therefore, it is the finding of the Hearings ~fficia~l that the assessments proposed by City Staff <br />are the mast equitable way to distribute casts of this project. It is the finding of the Hearings <br />official that these assessments are distributed in accordance with Eugene Code.
