Section 4. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of <br />Eugene an September 3,1991 by Notice dated October 25,1991 of the Lane County <br />Local Government Boundary Commission, as bounded and described as follows: <br />Tax Lot 6444, Assessor's Map 17-U4-2312, located in the <br />River Road area on the west side of Lake Drive, between <br />Audel Street and Harn Lane, and mare particularly <br />described on Exh~`bit D attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. Hoffman, EC EU 91-31}. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1992. <br />Section 5. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of <br />Eugene on January 2l, 1992 by Final Order Na. 945 of the Lane County Local <br />Government Boundary Commission, as bounded and described as follows: <br />Tax Lot 6004, Assessor's Map 17-Q4-2314, located in the <br />River Road area on the north side of Elkay Drive, east <br />of Fairway Drive, west of Hoover Lane, and south of <br />Marion Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit <br />E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />~Kittleson, EC EU 91-42}. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1992. <br />Section b.
