The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the Ci of Eugene on September lb, 1991 by Final Order No. 944 of the Lane Coup Local Government Boundary Commission, as bounded and descn~ed as follows: Tax Lot 13~oP, Assessor's Map 17-U4-~2 4 4, generally located in the Santa Clara area, on the south side of Wilkes Drive, east of Tempo Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on September 3,1991 by Notice dated October 25,1991 of the bane Cvun Local Government Boundary Commission, as bounded and described as follows: Tax Lots 15U0,15U2,16U4, and 19x1, Assessor's Map 17- 44-23 4 2, located in the south River Rvad area west of Glory Drive and south of Elkay Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
