Staff recommends the road repair <br />costs be billed to Lane County and nat be assessed to property owners <br />per the intergovernmental agreement. Staff recommends the account for <br />Estates North be separated into multiple accounts, with appropriate <br />legal descriptions to to reflect the new plat. Staff recommends <br />adoption of the ordinance levying the proposed assessments. <br />
