A <br />mixed-use zoning designation that retains the industrial character and <br />allows commercial uses similar to those permitted in nearby mixed-use <br />areas may be approved for property north of the railroad tracks, between <br />Washington and Pearl Streets. The property appropriate for mixed-use <br />encompasses the following parcels: ~a} Map 17-03-30-34--Tax Lots 1100, <br />1800, 2300, 2400, 2500, 2600, 3400, 3500, 3600, loooo, 10200, and 10300; <br />fib} Map 17-03-30-43--Tax Lats 700 and 1700; and {c} Map 17-03-30-44--Tax <br />Lots 9300 and 9600. <br />
