Section 3. Section 9.386 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is amended by amend- <br />Subsection ~ 2 } ~ h } thereof and adding a Subsect i an ~ 32 } thereto, to provide <br />9.386 Spec_~al Standards For Certain Uses In Residential Districts. <br />-- <br />2 Farm Animals: <br />~h} Fowl and rabbits maximums: Up to two adult rabbits or <br />fowl ono roosters} over six months of age are allowed in R-1, R-2, <br />R-3, and R-4 districts if they meet the above standards. There is <br />no 1 i mi t an the number of fowl ar rabbits aver six months of age <br />permitted i n the RA district provided they are on 1 ots of at 1 east <br />20,000 square feet and they meet the above standards. <br />X32} Model Home Sales Office. <br />~a} May be used as a gathering point for sales and other <br />personnel provided they work i n the subdivision within which the <br />model home i s 1 acated. <br />fib} All office activities must be located entirely within <br />the dwelling or garage; na outside equipment or material storage <br />on the site other than as necessary to complete construction of <br />the units in that subdivision. <br />~c} There must be off-street parking spaces for all personnel <br />and business vehicles associated with the model home. <br />~d} The model home must be located in the subdivision under <br />development. <br />. fie} Signs are subject to the Residential Sign District prOVi- <br />s~ons ~n this chapter. <br />~ f } There must be no detrimental effect on the residential <br />character of the surrounding neighborhood through excessive traffic, <br />violation of the city's noise or other performance standards, ex- <br />cessive late or early hours of aperatian, yr other activities that <br />are incompatible with adjacent residential uses. <br />fig} The model home use must be discontinued when al 1 the <br />homes i n the subdivision have been sold. <br />Section 4. Section 9.496 of the Eugene Code, 1911, i s amended to prv- <br />vide: <br />__ _,,,.' n Standards.
