Section 3. Section 9.386 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is amended by amend- Subsection ~ 2 } ~ h } thereof and adding a Subsect i an ~ 32 } thereto, to provide 9.386 Spec_~al Standards For Certain Uses In Residential Districts. -- 2 Farm Animals: ~h} Fowl and rabbits maximums: Up to two adult rabbits or fowl ono roosters} over six months of age are allowed in R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-4 districts if they meet the above standards. There is no 1 i mi t an the number of fowl ar rabbits aver six months of age permitted i n the RA district provided they are on 1 ots of at 1 east 20,000 square feet and they meet the above standards. X32} Model Home Sales Office. ~a} May be used as a gathering point for sales and other personnel provided they work i n the subdivision within which the model home i s 1 acated. fib} All office activities must be located entirely within the dwelling or garage; na outside equipment or material storage on the site other than as necessary to complete construction of the units in that subdivision. ~c} There must be off-street parking spaces for all personnel and business vehicles associated with the model home. ~d} The model home must be located in the subdivision under development. . fie} Signs are subject to the Residential Sign District prOVi- s~ons ~n this chapter. ~ f } There must be no detrimental effect on the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood through excessive traffic, violation of the city's noise or other performance standards, ex- cessive late or early hours of aperatian, yr other activities that are incompatible with adjacent residential uses. fig} The model home use must be discontinued when al 1 the homes i n the subdivision have been sold.
