The sign shall be attached to the dwelling or home <br />occupation structure and shall indicate only the name of the occu- <br />pant or home occupation. <br />{c} .There shall be no activity or display, other than the <br />al 1 awed s ~ gn, that w~ 11 indicate from the exterior of the bui 1 d- <br />i ng that the property i s being used for any purpose other than a <br />dwel l ~ ng. <br />{d} There shall be no outside storage of materials visible <br />from the street other than plant materials. <br />{e} There shall be no detrimental effect on the residential <br />character of the surrounding neighborhood through generation of <br />excessive traffic or on-street parking, or by noise, odor, vibra- <br />ti on, glare, heat, electromagnetic generation or other emissions <br />that are perceptible beyond the home occupation property, regular <br />freight truck del every of more than once a week, or other incom- <br />patible activities not in keeping with adjacent residential uses. <br />{ f } The home occupation shall not result i n any structural <br />a1 terati ons ar additions to the dwelling that wi 11 change its <br />primary use. <br />{g} The dwel 1 i ng shall not be used as a headquarters for the <br />assembly of workers for instructryion or other purposes, including <br />dispatch to other locations. <br />{h} There shall be a 1 imit of one business vehicle per home <br />occupation . I n connection with home occupat i ons, a bus i Hess <br />veh i c1 e i s any vehicle that i s used i n the conduct of the home <br />occupation, or which has the name or logo under which the home <br />occupati an activity i s conducted painted or otherwise exhibited <br />on the vehicle, or i s a veh i cl a that i s or has been depreciated <br />i n connection with the home occupation on state or federal tax <br />returns. <br />{ i } Other than dwel 1 i ng residents, there shal 1 be a maxi mum <br />of two workers per home occupation. <br />{ j } I n add i t i an to required parking i n conjunction with the <br />dwel 1 ~ ng, there shall be off -street parking spaces to accommodate <br />al 1 employee and business vehicles . <br />{k} The home occupation shall not interfere with on-street <br />parking. <br />{ 1 } An adult resident i n the dwel 1 i ng shall be employed i n <br />the home occupation. <br />{m} There shall be no separate home occupation address. <br />{n} , The home occupation must be incidental to the dwel 1 i Hg's <br />res~dent~al use. <br />{o} There shall be no motor vehicle repair except to vehicles <br />awned by people residing on the property. <br />Section 5.
