ORDINANCE N0. 19846 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING WILDLIFE REHABILITATION; <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONS 9.015, 9.384, AND 9.386 OF <br />THE EUGENE CODE, 1911. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 9.015 of the Eugene Code, 1971 is amended by adding <br />a definition for Wildlife rehabilitation in alphabetical order therein, to <br />provide <br />9.015 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires <br />otherwise, the following words and phrases mean: <br />Wildlife rehabilitation. The restoration of an injured, sick, <br />or immature wild bird, mammal, amphibian, or reptile to a condition <br />where i t i s capable of being released into the wild or, i f i ncap- <br />able of survival on its own, retained for educational purposes or <br />transferred to an organization, educational institution, museum, <br />publicly funded zoo or other facility as determined by the Oregon <br />Department of Fish and Wildlife. <br />5ectian 2. The matrix set forth in Section 9.384 of the Eugene Code, <br />1911 is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order therein, to <br />provide : <br />9.384 Uses. The fol l owl ng ref1 ects the uses permitted outright, condi - <br />tionally, or subject to standards or other requirements of this <br />code within the RA, R-1, R-~, R-3, and R-4 zoning districts: <br />P ..............
