The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on February 25, 1992 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated March 1~, 1992, as bounded and described as follows: Tax Lot 113, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 2 0, generally lacated in the central part of the River Road area of north Eugene on the north side of Audel Avenue, west of Lake Drive, and mare particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Paddock Masonry, EC EU 92-05~. is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District, effective July 1, 1993. Section 2. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on April 13, 1992 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated April Z4, 1992, as bounded and described as follows: Part of Tax Lot 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 1 4, generally located in the central part of the River Road area of North Eugene, on the west side of Maple Drive, north of Hilliard Lane, south of Horn Lane and west of River Road, and mare particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
