Paulson, SV 92-003} <br />On the 11th day of May, 1992, the City Council of the Ci of Eu ene b Motion <br />tY g y <br />duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 ,m., Pacific Time on the 8th da <br />P y <br />of June, 1992, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eu ene, Ore on at which time and <br />g g~ <br />place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the ro osed vacation of the above <br />PP <br />described street, <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearin and at said time and lace the <br />g p <br />Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation, and at the a licant's re nest held <br />PP q <br />the written record open until July 20, 1992 and deferred action until a later date. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the <br />vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY GF EUGENE DIES ORDAIN AS FGLLG~S: <br />Section 1.
