Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hail, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, with the written <br />record kept open until July 20,1992. No written objections were received within that time, <br />and all matters necessary to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly <br />completed, <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby vacated, and the street so <br />vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
