L 1 X ~D <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR WITHDRAWAL DF <br />TERRITORIES EVAN METER, EC EU 92-22; O'NEIL, EC EU 92- <br />2b; HALVORSON, C EU 92-29; WOODS, EC EU 92-32; WARREN, EC <br />EU 92-3b; AND DICK, EC EU 92.41; FROM THE RIVER ROAD <br />WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD PARK AND RECREATION <br />DISTRICT; RAWAL OF TERRITORY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />4-J C EU 92-25~ FROM THE SANTA CLARA WATER DISTRICT, <br />RIVER ROAD WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD PARK & <br />RECREATION DISTRICT; AND WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORY <br />~BREEDEN LAND CO., EC EU 92-45~ FROM THE SANTA CLARA <br />WATER DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution Na. 4352 adopted <br />November 23, 1992, proposed withdrawal from the River Road Water District and <br />River Road Parks & Recreation District the parts of the Districts annexed to the <br />City on June 1, 1992 by Notice dated June 22, 1992 of the Lane County Local <br />Government Boundary Commission; on July 6, 1992 by Notice dated August 3, 1992 <br />of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission; on September 21, <br />1992 by Final Grder No. 957 dated August 6, 1992 of the Lane County Local <br />Government Boundary Commission; on August 4, 1992 by Notice dated August 19, <br />1992 of the bane County Local Government Boundary Commission; vn November <br />4,1992 by Notice dated September 11,1992 of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission; on November 4, 1992 by Notice dated Gctober l5, 1992 of <br />the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission; proposed withdrawal <br />from the Santa Clara Water District, River Road Water District, and River Road <br />Parks & Recreation District of the parts of the Districts annexed to the City on <br />September 21, 1992 by Final Grder No. 95b of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission dated August b, 1992; and proposed withdrawal from the <br />Santa Clara Water District the part of the District annexed to the City on October <br />12, 1992 by Notice dated Gctober 15, 1992 of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission, all as hereinafter more particularly described. <br />The Resolution set December 7, 1992, at 7:30 P.M., Pacific Time, in the <br />Council Chambers, City Hail, in Eugene, Oregon, as the time and place for hearing <br />objections to the withdrawals, and directed that notice of the time and place of the <br />hearing be published once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing <br />and be posted in four public places in the City for the same period. <br />The Notice has been so published in the Register Guard and posted in four <br />public places in the City of Eugene, Gregon. <br />Ordinance - 1 <br />
