ORDINANCE NO. 1~~~~ AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS F4R SANITARY SEWERS IN THE RIVER ROAD AREA FnR BASINS ~~D~~, "E'~~ AND '~F~~; AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL ATTACHED T4 ORDINANCE N0. 19H29; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: on March 2, 1992, ordinance No. 19829 was passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, levying assessments against the properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto as Exhibit C for the construction of sanitary sewers in the River Road area for Basins "D" , "E" , and "Fri A parcel of property in the name of Karen Fay Goss, located 1698 Parnell Drive, Eugene, oregon 97404, identified as Tax Lat 17- 04-14-41-03900, Account No. 1991-1103-0010, was included as specially benefitted property in the local improvement district formed for construction of sanitary sewers in the River Road area for Bas ins "D" , "E" , and "F" by Resolution No . 418 0 adapted by the Council on May 29, 199D. The property was not, however, included in the Assessment Roll attached tv ordinance No. 19829 because the property was part of a bankruptcy proceeding. The property has now been release from the bankruptcy proceeding and the assessment can be levied. The Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to ordinance No. 19829 should be amended by adding thereto the assessment for Karen Fay Goss, 1698 Parnell Drive, Eugene, oregon 97404, Tax Lot 17-04- 14-~41-03900, account number 1991-1103-0010, in the amount $2,981.84.
