Notice of the assessment and an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon has been provided to Karen Fay Goss, as required by <br />Sections 7.185 and 7.157 of the Eugene Code, 1971. The assessment <br />of this tax lot will not affect the amounts levied against other <br />properties included vn the Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" <br />to ordinance No. 19829. Now, therefore, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS F4LLQWS: <br />Section 1. Based on upon the above findings, which are hereby <br />adopted, the Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to Grdinance <br />No. 19829, passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on March <br />2, 1992, is amended by adding thereto the following assessment: <br />Account No. Name Amount <br />1991-1202--14 Karen Fay Goss $2,981.84 <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to: <br />~.1 Make the above corrections to Exhibit "A" to <br />ordinance No. 19829 by increasing the amount reflected in ITEM <br />12, TOTAL ASSESSMENT by $2,981.84, and by correcting the <br />Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to Grdinance No. 19829 <br />by adding the information set forth in Section 1 of this <br />ordinance thereto; <br />2.2 Make the above correction to the docket of city <br />liens; and <br />2.3 Send a notice of the assessment to the property <br />owners set forth in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other <br />provisions of ordinance No. 19829 and the assessments provided for <br />therein remain in full force and effect. <br />
